Refund and Returns Policy

All goods sold by SOLS Life are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Defective or Incorrect Goods 

  1. We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, we understand that items may be damaged during delivery. If you receive incorrect items, missing items, or damaged/defective products, please contact our customer service at support@solslife.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

In your email, please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear images of the defective or incorrect item(s)

Use the subject line: DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT GOODS.

  1. If more than 7 days have passed since you received the product, we will not be able to offer a replacement.
  2. Replacements will be made with the same item or the correct item. If the original item is no longer available, we may offer a replacement with a similar solar product of equivalent value.
  3. We will arrange for a free pickup from your delivery address. You must ensure availability at the arranged time. If the pickup fails due to reasons not caused by us, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request.
